Review: Flip.n.Shake (4708 Auburn Blvd Sacramento, Ca)

This place isn't really appealing from the outside and once you arrive you start to get kind of skittish. I thought I would give it a try regardless especially with the huge amount of reviews the place had.

You walk in and your greeted right away. The place is small, but clean. The menu isn't huge, but it seems to be working great for them. I went with the LFPO with cheese and a order of curly fries. My coworker had the same with some special requests and they accommodated them with no issue to my surprise, probably coincides with the amount of pleasurable reviews they have.

The burger came out fresh, not messy at all perfect for eating it in the car if you ever need to. Loved all the fresh ingredients especially the huge leaf lettuce and the homemade hamburger sauce. I'm a sucker for freshness and this burger definitely rang freshness with every ingredient. 

The curly fries didn't leave much to write home about. They didn't have any seasoning whatsoever and could have been cooked for maybe a few more minutes as they felt soggy and limp (LOL). 

Otherwise you won't be disappointed and if I'm ever in the area again i will definitely come by to try something else on the menu.
